Everything you ever wanted to know about the                    The Dadson Masters Challenge

What is the Dadson Masters?

It is Britain’s premier series for Rotax Max drivers of both sexes who have to go to work the following day, and who are fed up with getting fired off by teenagers.

How does it work?

There are 10 rounds, with points counting in the heats and finals towards your Championship total.

When is it?

We start at Lydd in March and finish back there in November.

What circuits do you go to?

We go all over – Lydd, Buckmore Park, P.F.I, Llandow, Shenington, Rissington, Ellough, Clay Pigeon and Wigan.

What if I cannot make every race?

Don’t worry – we have 2 ‘drop rounds’ each year. This means that out of the 10 rounds in the series, only 8 count towards your final total.

And this applies to everybody taking part, whether they turn up for all 10 rounds, or just 8 of them.

How old do I have to be?

35, or over within 2010.

What is the weight limit?

170 kgs.

If you are under, put lead on the kart – or eat more pies!

Do I need a licence?

Yes - National B Novice or Higher

Who sponsors the Dadson Masters?

Dadson Motorsport, J.A.G, Dartford Karting, Karting Magazine and Tillett Seats,

Fantastic! A great bunch of blokes and everyone talks about the camaraderie of the Dadson.

What if I want help, advice or trackside assistance .

Dadson can provide services from awning space to full race support Including a dedicated mechanic  should you require one.

As holders of an International Entrants Licence we can take control of your arrangements freeing you of tedious paperwork.

Why should I race in the Dadson Masters?

You won’t be racing teenage nutters who don’t care about damaging their kit as Daddy will pay for it.

You’ll make a whole new set of friends off the track, whilst on the track you’ll enjoy competitive racing on some of Britain’s finest circuits.

The Dadson is a series where age isn’t an issue.

The WAG’s love the drinking - and the shopping!
