Despite constant reminders, entries for the London Cup in the Masters class are low. The Minimax class has an ever increasing reserve list.

If you do want to race the Masters class, now it's put-up or shut-up time, so get your entry in or loose it to Minimax.

Round 6 (Rye House) saw Dave Wooder take another win from pole position. The Kent man has had 5 wins in a row, and is looking to be untouchable, but the championship is not safe yet as John Weatherley who didn't have such a good meeting is hot on his exhaust pipe.

Rye House saw changeable conditions which suited some drivers and not others.

Local hero Wayne Smithers had a bad meeting, only managing to start and finish in 15th position despite this Wayne did take the fastest lap.

Pasterfield qualified 4th but got tagged in the final, only managing to finish 16th.

Neil Churchill qualified 11th and drove superbly to come through and  take 4th matching the front runners times to within 100's.

Steve Kendell had a good meeting finishing 9th.

Peter Reynolds finished in the top 10.

There's a new breed of drivers coming through who are not normally inside the top ten, move over Brittain & Francis!!
