We run both series together with the same venues on the same day *

Dadson Motorsport is pleased to announce the launch of The Dadson Challenge 2010. The Dadson Challenge is Britain’s premier series for the travelling club racer of both sexes with big grids and someone to race whatever your level of ability. Drivers range from complete beginners to former champions. Whatever your level you will always find someone of a similar standard to race against in this series.

Every year we run a championship visiting various MSA club circuits, therefore a competition licence is required.

We accumulate points which add up to a championship total starting in March and ending November*. The circuits we attend are of Britain’s finest.

For the 1st time in its 9 year history The Dadson Masters Challenge are competing in a Super 1 event as guests for one round.

As many of our driver’s camp on site the added bonus of a BBQ and light refreshment with fellow competitors is apt, it is after all, the camaraderie that makes the Dadson Masters series.

Support                                                                                                                                                             Many drivers look after and prepare their own karts both at home and whilst at circuits.

However, for those drivers who have not got the time to prepare, store or transport a kart to the circuit or drivers requiring just a one off race Dadson Motorsport offer karts to be hired on an arrive and drive basis per race or per season. The kart is brought to and from the circuit and fully maintained by the team.

Not all drivers are accomplished mechanics so with this in mind Dadson Motorsport can supply services ranging from minimal paddock support through to full race support.

This allows anybody with no mechanical knowledge to race in the championship, making sure the racing is based on driving ability and nothing else.

This very British race series using the FR125 Rotax Max is run on the principle that close racing is exiting racing, the race championship is aimed at drivers who want their racing to be fun, in a cost effective and well organised racing club. The rear wheel drive, responsive turn in and balance make it a perfect experience for drivers. By keeping the karts to a recognised uniform specification and without performance modifications the class produces close and exciting racing revealing driver ability over performance testament to this lap times are not always within the 10th nor 100th but in the 1000th we believe its our very own format that creates this close racing.

Price                                                                                                                                                                     The pricing of “arrive and drive” packages are specifically tailored for each event due to the complex nature of the transportation costs, test days etc.                                                                 Prices start from £275.00 + VAT. Please contact us we can work out a detailed costing for you.

As members of the British Kart Industry Association Dadson Motorsport have been working very closely with manufacturers and suppliers but to now get sponsorship from the Rotax Max engine and tyre distributor J.A.G. Engineering is fantastic.

We can now associate our series with most of the prominent karting companies in the UK today, from Dartford karting through their www.kartstore.co.uk sponsorship you can get a decent kart and parts far to numerous to mention. J.A.G. supplies the best engine option, Tillett the best seats, then go race and read about it in Karting Magazine all this surly now gives the championship the recognition it truly deserves thanks to these companies the prize fund is in the thousands.

We now have copiers and what better praise could you receive than someone making a snide copy. Of course the original is always better and the real McCoy. Competition is second nature to us however we believe it’s important not to dilute a successful class so if it ain’t broken don’t fix it.

Running the masters since 2002 during that time we have consistently worked to promote the championship and our passion for close affordable racing.

The original design and format is still in use today.

Some championships consistently fail to deliver promised changes so it’s no surprise when participants feel so strongly about theses situations that they withdraw entries.

Both dadson series have been designed specifically to allow current licence holders and newcomers to be eligible.

At every Dadson round each signed-on competitor is automatically put into a draw where the winner receives a FREE set of slicks (courtesy of J.A.G.).

So go on - do the Dadson, the only series for the club racer with big grids & someone to race whatever your level of ability. Remember you'll always find somebody of a similar standard to race against in this series. If you want true wheel to wheel racing you should contact us now!!.
